AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and in-depth data analysis to prepare datasets for training.
• Collaborate closely with senior AI/ML Engineers to implement and test advanced generative AI solutions.
• Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune existing AI models to continuously improve their performance and accuracy.
• Support the seamless integration of AI models into production systems and various applications.
• Research and experiment with new AI/ML technologies, methodologies, and frameworks to stay at the forefront of innovation.
• Contribute to comprehensive documentation of model specifications, data pipelines, and experimental results.
• Actively participate in team meetings, contributing valuable insights and brainstorming sessions for new AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related technical field.
• 0-2 years of professional experience in AI/ML development or demonstrable experience through impactful academic projects.
• Strong foundational understanding of machine learning principles, core algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in the Python programming language and familiarity with relevant AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with data manipulation tools like Pandas and NumPy, as well as fundamental database concepts, including SQL.
• A genuine eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, particularly in the domain of generative AI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred to start contributing to our dynamic projects.
