AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions, focusing on Generative AI.
• Architect and implement advanced RAG architectures to enhance model performance and data retrieval capabilities.
• Develop and optimize solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI systems, including multi-agent frameworks.
• Apply expertise in prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases to build intelligent applications.
• Conduct token optimization and performance tuning of AI models to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement rigorous AI model evaluation and observability practices for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications using REST APIs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the AI/ML team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 to 10 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to AI/ML or Generative AI.
• Demonstrated strong expertise in Python for developing complex AI/ML models and enterprise applications.
• Proficient in designing and implementing REST APIs for seamless integration of AI services.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms like Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, or OpenAI APIs.
• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to solve complex technical problems in the AI domain.
