Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated machine learning and deep learning models for diverse applications, ensuring high accuracy and performance.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis, perform advanced feature engineering, and manage large datasets to optimize model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver robust AI solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, applying cutting-edge techniques to enhance existing models and develop new capabilities.
• Architect, optimize, and deploy scalable AI/ML systems and pipelines in production environments, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior AI/ML Engineers and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of our AI initiatives, influencing technology choices and best practices.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Machine Learning Scientist, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Exceptional proficiency in Python programming and extensive experience with key AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Deep theoretical and practical understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
• Expertise in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using libraries like Pandas and NumPy, and experience with SQL for data querying.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize complex algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing AI/ML workloads is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to debugging and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
