AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models suitable for production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Architect and implement comprehensive data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training pipelines.
• Develop advanced predictive analytics and deep learning solutions to address complex business problems and drive innovation.
• Continuously optimize model performance, accuracy, scalability, and inference speed through rigorous testing and refinement.
• Successfully deploy and manage ML models leveraging cloud-native platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Vertex AI, and containerized environments including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Foster close collaboration with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and MLOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of ML solutions.
• Proactively monitor deployed model performance, detect drift, and implement continuous improvements and retraining strategies.
• Adhere strictly to MLOps and software engineering best practices throughout the entire machine learning lifecycle, from experimentation to production.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of deployed ML projects.
• Expertise in Python programming, coupled with extensive experience in machine learning and deep learning frameworks.
• Proficiency with essential ML libraries and tools including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes for model lifecycle management and deployment.
• Familiarity with major cloud AI/ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google Cloud's Vertex AI.
• Proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipelines for version control and automated deployments.
• Nice to Have: Experience with NLP or Computer Vision, Generative AI and LLM integration, Apache Spark/PySpark, Databricks, or Feature Store implementation.
