Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust Generative AI solutions and Large Language Models (LLMs) leveraging platforms like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, and LLaMA.
• Implement and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, and Weaviate to enhance LLM accuracy and relevance.
• Build sophisticated Agentic AI systems and multi-agent frameworks using tools like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Apply advanced Prompt Engineering techniques to guide LLMs effectively and orchestrate complex AI workflows.
• Integrate AI models and solutions with existing systems through REST APIs and microservices architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define project scopes, and deliver high-quality AI products.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI, continuously exploring new tools and techniques.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance of AI applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• 4-6 years of hands-on professional experience as an AI/ML Engineer, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with core AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience with various LLM platforms including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic models, and LLaMA.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with RAG architectures and vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, and Weaviate.
• Proven ability to develop and implement Agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Expertise in Prompt Engineering and LLM orchestration techniques.
• Experience in developing and integrating solutions via REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate complex challenges into actionable AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a preference for immediate joiners to hit the ground running.
