AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and Machine Learning models and systems, from proof-of-concept to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI/ML solutions.
• Perform extensive data analysis, feature engineering, and model training to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Implement and maintain robust MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data engineering to continuously improve our technological stack.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and strategic planning for future AI initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven professional experience of 3 to 5 years as an AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or a similar role focused on machine learning model development.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with relevant AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing AI/ML workloads.
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools, including SQL databases and data processing pipelines.
