AI/GenAI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust enterprise Generative AI and AI integration solutions tailored for diverse business use cases.
• Build sophisticated AI applications leveraging state-of-the-art technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic AI, multimodal AI, prompt workflows, and semantic retrieval techniques.
• Configure and implement specialized GenAI-based solutions including intelligent chatbots, copilots, advanced enterprise search assistants, and innovative content generation tools.
• Seamlessly integrate AI services into existing enterprise applications, APIs, databases, document repositories, and critical business platforms, adhering to stringent enterprise standards for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Develop custom connectors and robust integration components to facilitate smooth interaction between AI services, enterprise APIs, databases, and various business applications.
• Implement high-performance inference pipelines crucial for real-time AI responses, predictive services, and comprehensive workflow automation.
• Design intricate agentic workflows incorporating advanced tool orchestration, intelligent memory management, and context-aware reasoning capabilities.
• Ensure thorough observability, proactive monitoring, comprehensive logging, performance tuning, and optimal cost management for all deployed AI solutions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Generative AI and enterprise-level AI integration.
• Proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying secure, scalable, and production-ready enterprise AI solutions.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic AI, and multimodal AI techniques.
• Proficiency in integrating AI services into complex enterprise ecosystems, including applications, APIs, and various data platforms.
• Solid grasp of the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, MLOps practices, and modern software engineering methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong collaboration skills, and clear communication to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
