AI/GenAI Engineer

As an AI/GenAI Engineer at Calsoft, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable AI and Generative AI models and applications, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Utilize Python and related frameworks to build robust and efficient machine learning pipelines and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into various products and platforms.
• Conduct research and experimentation on new AI/ML technologies, algorithms, and methodologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment and ongoing maintenance of AI systems.
• Ensure the quality, reliability, and security of AI applications through rigorous testing and adherence to best practices in MLOps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related technical field.
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on professional experience as an AI/GenAI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or in a similar AI-focused development role.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML fundamentals, Generative AI principles, and practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Exceptional proficiency in Python programming language, including experience with relevant data science and machine learning libraries.
• Demonstrated experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to tackling complex technical challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
