Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and development of complex AI and Generative AI solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Define and implement enterprise-level AI/ML and Generative AI strategies, roadmaps, and best practices.
• Architect and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems into client solutions.
• Design and develop Agentic AI frameworks and intelligent agents that can interact autonomously and contextually.
• Evaluate and recommend new AI/ML technologies, frameworks (e.g., LangChain), and tools to enhance solution capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on AI/GenAI architecture patterns and implementation.
• Ensure adherence to Model Context Protocol (MCP) and other industry standards in AI solution development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with a significant focus on AI/ML and Generative AI.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Demonstrated experience with Agentic AI and the development of intelligent, autonomous agents.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI solution architecture principles and design patterns for scalable systems.
• Proficiency with AI development frameworks and tools, including LangChain.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing AI/ML workloads.
• Solid background in Python programming and related AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
