AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML models and algorithms, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and their integration into enterprise systems.
• Apply expertise in prompt engineering to optimize the performance and relevance of AI-driven responses and interactions.
• Utilize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) frameworks to enhance the accuracy and contextuality of AI applications.
• Integrate AI solutions with leading cloud platforms such as Azure OpenAI and AWS AI Services, ensuring seamless deployment and scalability.
• Lead the development and deployment of end-to-end enterprise AI solutions, from conceptualization to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to define requirements and deliver high-impact AI products.
• Conduct rigorous testing, evaluation, and fine-tuning of AI models to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and ethical considerations.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, research, and best practices in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on enterprise-level solution development.
• Proficiency in Python programming and experience with developing robust APIs for AI model integration.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML integration, including hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering techniques.
• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) frameworks and their application in practical scenarios.
• Solid experience with cloud-based AI services, specifically Azure OpenAI and AWS AI Services.
• Proven ability to develop and deploy scalable and reliable AI solutions within complex enterprise environments.
