Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI and Machine Learning models, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Utilize Python and various AI/ML frameworks to build scalable and efficient AI solutions.
• Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and implement sophisticated prompt engineering techniques for LLMs.
• Conduct research into new AI methodologies, LLM architectures (like Transformers), and explore innovative applications of AI agents.
• Perform LLM fine-tuning and model evaluation to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products and develop new AI-driven features.
• Contribute to the entire AI development lifecycle, from conceptualization and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on professional experience in AI/ML and Generative AI development.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with relevant AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Demonstrated experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Prompt Engineering, and LLM Fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with tools and concepts such as LangChain, Vector Databases, and API development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building innovative, scalable AI solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
