Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling AI-generated educational videos using advanced platforms such as HeyGen, Synthesia, and other similar AI video tools.
• Develop, write, and meticulously optimize AI prompts to control and refine scenes, visuals, avatars, backgrounds, and all video elements for optimal educational impact.
• Translate approved scripts and detailed instructions from Instructional Designers into polished, effective AI-generated video content.
• Utilize various GPT and other LLM tools to aid in advanced prompt creation, content structuring, and refining narrative flow.
• Conduct thorough reviews of all generated videos to ensure impeccable visual quality, precise lip-sync, accurate audio alignment, perfect timing, and overall content consistency.
• Iteratively refine prompts and regenerate video content based on constructive feedback and stringent quality requirements to achieve superior outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers and the broader project team to integrate AI-generated content seamlessly into comprehensive educational modules.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of hands-on experience in AI video creation, digital multimedia production, eLearning content development, or a closely related technical field.
• Demonstrable experience with AI video generation platforms like HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar industry-leading tools is highly preferred.
• A solid understanding of prompt writing principles and practical experience in prompt engineering for AI content generation.
• Familiarity with various GPT models or other large language model (LLM) tools for text and content manipulation.
• Possess strong creative and visual production skills, coupled with an exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of video output.
• Proven ability to effectively convert written scripts and concepts into actionable prompts and compelling video scenes.
• A proactive willingness to experiment with new AI methodologies, continuously learn, and relentlessly improve AI-generated outputs.
• Previous experience within the EdTech or eLearning industry is considered a significant advantage.
