Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust AI-driven solutions and applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Architect and build sophisticated AI agents capable of complex decision-making and task execution.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance and ensure desired outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts, to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.
• Ensure the successful implementation of GenAI solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle, from conception to production.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning of AI models and applications.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and AI agent technologies to drive continuous innovation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Ensure all AI solutions adhere to the strict regulatory and security requirements of the banking industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/GenAI development, with a strong focus on LLMs and AI agents.
• Proven expertise in prompt engineering and optimizing interactions with large language models.
• Demonstrable experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Solid understanding of the banking domain and experience working on projects within the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing AI applications is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
