AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust Generative AI solutions and intelligent AI agents using state-of-the-art Large Language Models.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance and ensure precise and relevant outputs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to translate complex banking domain requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Develop and implement APIs and integrations to embed AI capabilities within existing and new enterprise systems.
• Conduct thorough testing, evaluation, and fine-tuning of AI models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and ethical compliance.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing to continuously enhance our technological capabilities.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of all deployed AI systems, adhering to IBM's high standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions.
• Demonstrable expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and building intelligent AI agents.
• Proven strong skills in prompt engineering and optimizing interactions with LLMs.
• Solid understanding and experience within the banking domain and its specific data and regulatory challenges.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing AI workloads.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
