AI Engineer

Aptino, Inc. is actively seeking a highly motivated and talented AI Engineer (Fresher) to join our innovative team in Viman Nagar, Pune. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior AI engineers to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
• Assist in the research and implementation of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions to solve complex business challenges.
• Work with large datasets, including data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare data for model training.
• Contribute to the MLOps pipeline, ensuring robust model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in production environments.
• Explore and evaluate various AI frameworks and Large Language Models (LLMs) to identify the best tools and techniques for specific project needs.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous learning initiatives to stay abreast of the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
• Document technical specifications, model architectures, and experimental results clearly and comprehensively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
• 0-1 year of professional experience, internships, or significant academic projects demonstrating proficiency in AI/ML concepts and applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in relevant libraries and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of fundamental AI and Machine Learning principles, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), and common AI frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt quickly to new technologies and challenges.
