As a Gen AI Developer at Techknomatic, you will play a key role in evolving our AI capabilities, working with state-of-the-art tools and techniques to build intelligent systems. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust generative AI applications and solutions using Python.
• Work extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs) and develop sophisticated AI Agents for various use cases.
• Utilize frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph to build complex AI workflows and intelligent systems.
• Apply advanced techniques in Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to optimize model performance and relevance.
• Integrate and manage data using Vector Databases to enhance the contextual understanding of AI models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in generative AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality and scalable AI products.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on professional experience in AI/ML development, specifically with Generative AI.
• Strong proficiency and extensive experience in Python programming.
• Proven expertise with LangChain and LangGraph for building AI applications.
• Demonstrated experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and developing AI Agents.
• Solid understanding and practical application of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering best practices to guide and optimize AI model outputs.
• Experience working with and integrating Vector Databases into AI systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions.
