Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI and Generative AI solutions, with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Apply and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms to solve complex business problems across various domains.
• Utilize and refine Prompt Engineering techniques to enhance the performance, accuracy, and relevance of AI model outputs.
• Integrate and leverage leading AI frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex to build robust AI applications.
• Develop and consume REST APIs and microservices to ensure seamless integration of AI models into existing and new software systems.
• Manage and interact with various database systems, including SQL and NoSQL, for efficient data storage, retrieval, and processing in AI projects.
• Deploy, manage, and scale AI models and infrastructure utilizing major cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify new AI opportunities, define project requirements, and deliver impactful, production-ready solutions.
• Champion best practices in code quality, system design, testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) for AI development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related technical field.
• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in AI development, machine learning engineering, or deep learning applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in Python programming, including proficiency with relevant data science and AI/ML libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Extensive hands-on experience with Generative AI models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Proven ability to implement and work with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Familiarity with leading AI APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Google Gemini, and experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB).
• Strong understanding and practical experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git), containerization technologies (Docker), and setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid experience deploying and managing AI models and infrastructure on major cloud service providers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
