Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports utilizing Tableau to visualize key performance indicators and business trends.
• Perform advanced data extraction, transformation, and analysis on large, complex datasets using Python, MySQL, and SQL to support various business units.
• Leverage specialized data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for efficient data analysis, cleansing, and transformation processes.
• Integrate diverse data sources into unified data models, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all data assets.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to meticulously gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver high-quality, impactful reporting solutions.
• Generate routine and ad-hoc analytical reports, providing clear, concise, and actionable business insights to senior management and operational teams.
• Support the automation and scheduling of data workflows using Apache Airflow, enhancing operational efficiency and data freshness.
• Efficiently query and interact with analytical databases like ClickHouse to retrieve and process high-volume data.
• Work in tandem with cross-functional Data Engineering and IT teams to implement robust data validation procedures and facilitate new data development initiatives.
• Actively participate in Agile development ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, and meticulously document reporting processes and data workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 3-6 years in a dedicated Data Engineer or similar role, demonstrating a strong track record in data manipulation and analysis.
• Expertise in Python programming for data processing, scripting, and automation, coupled with extensive experience with Pandas and NumPy libraries.
• Proficiency in SQL and MySQL for database querying, management, and optimization.
• Solid experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Tableau; familiarity with Power BI is a significant plus.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation and scheduling tools, particularly Apache Airflow.
• Familiarity with analytical databases such as ClickHouse.
• Strong analytical acumen and exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proven experience in stakeholder management.
