Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes utilizing cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, along with big data technologies like Databricks and PySpark.
• Build and optimize comprehensive data models, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility for various analytical and operational requirements.
• Develop robust full-stack applications with a focus on Java for backend services and React for dynamic front-end interfaces, contributing to end-to-end solution delivery.
• Create insightful and interactive business intelligence dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to empower data-driven decision-making.
• Utilize SAS for advanced statistical analysis, data manipulation, and reporting in complex business scenarios.
• Implement and manage graph databases such as Neo4j to model and analyze intricate relationships within large datasets.
• Orchestrate complex data workflows and automate data processes using Apache Airflow to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Drive and contribute to cutting-edge AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics projects, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence.
• For senior roles, lead technical delivery teams, mentor junior colleagues, and ensure the successful execution of challenging Data Engineer and other engineering projects.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with senior roles requiring up to 15 years, in data engineering, full-stack development, cloud architecture, or related fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one or more major cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proficiency in big data technologies, including Databricks and PySpark, is highly advantageous.
• Strong programming skills in Java, coupled with experience in front-end development using React for Full Stack Engineer roles.
• Solid experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI.
• Familiarity with SAS for data analysis and reporting, or experience with graph databases like Neo4j and workflow management tools like Airflow.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a keen analytical mindset, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic hybrid work environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple Indian cities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for articulating complex technical concepts and collaborating with stakeholders.
