AI Architect

Digital Scripts Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Forward Deployed AI Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence solutions within on-premises environments. In this pivotal remote role, you will leverage your deep expertise in private AI infrastructure and advanced AI model deployment to build secure, scalable, and high-performance AI platforms tailored specifically to meet complex enterprise needs. We are looking for an AI leader who can bridge the gap between AI innovation and practical, secure, on-premises deployment, driving significant impact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and deployment of complex enterprise AI solutions, specifically targeting on-premises and private cloud infrastructures.
• Architect robust and secure private AI ecosystems, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to enterprise security standards when deployed on client-owned hardware.
• Oversee the successful deployment of production-ready AI models and comprehensive AI platforms within challenging on-premises environments.
• Drive innovation in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) engineering, developing and implementing advanced RAG solutions tailored for private and secure contexts.
• Apply profound expertise in Context Engineering to enhance the accuracy, relevance, and explainability of enterprise AI applications.
• Manage the lifecycle of Large Language Models (LLMs), including training, fine-tuning, and rigorous evaluation processes, for optimal enterprise performance.
• Design and implement sophisticated AI model harnesses, robust testing frameworks, and efficient deployment pipelines to ensure reliable and repeatable AI operations.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into tangible, high-impact AI architectural designs.

Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of extensive IT experience, with a significant portion dedicated to AI architecture and solution design.
• Proven hands-on experience as a Forward Deployed AI Architect, demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering on-premises AI solutions.
• Deep expertise in architecting private AI infrastructure and private cloud environments, including experience with client-owned hardware deployments.
• Strong background in deploying production-ready AI models and building secure, scalable AI platforms for enterprise use cases.
• Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) engineering within on-premises settings.
• Expert-level understanding and application of Context Engineering principles for complex enterprise AI applications.
• Hands-on experience with LLM model training, fine-tuning, and comprehensive evaluation methodologies.
• Demonstrable ability to design and implement AI model harnesses, robust testing frameworks, and efficient deployment pipelines.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to architect secure, scalable, and high-performance AI ecosystems.
