Key Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Management: Develop, execute, and manage engaging content strategies across various social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community interaction to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Marketing Campaign Development & Research: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of diverse marketing campaigns across digital channels. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience insights.
• Competitor & Market Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of competitor strategies, market positioning, and consumer behavior to identify competitive advantages and inform marketing decisions.
• Campaign Reporting & Coordination: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• AI Tools Application: Utilize advanced AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to enhance content creation, automate tasks, generate insights, and personalize marketing efforts.
• AI/No-Code Workflow Implementation: Develop and implement AI-driven and no-code workflows to streamline marketing operations, improve efficiency, and automate repetitive tasks, contributing to a more agile marketing approach.

Requirements

• A strong foundation or keen interest in marketing principles and digital strategies.
• Familiarity with or a strong desire to learn and apply AI tools and concepts in a marketing context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, with a commitment to achieving goals and contributing to team success.
