Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead the full spectrum of talent management initiatives, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, career pathing, and retention strategies.
• Drive organizational development programs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, high performance, and employee engagement across all levels.
• Design and manage robust performance management systems, ensuring fair and effective evaluation processes that motivate and develop employees.
• Formulate, review, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with statutory compliance and industry best practices.
• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant labor laws, regulations, and statutory compliance requirements, safeguarding the company's interests.
• Act as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to senior business leaders, providing expert guidance on people management, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
• Champion employee engagement and relations, creating a positive and productive work environment that enhances morale and productivity.

Requirements

• A full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources (HR), Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM), or Master of Social Work (MSW) from a well-regarded Business School.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive and dedicated experience in Corporate HR roles, with a strong preference for candidates from the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in key HR domains including HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policies.
• Profound understanding and practical experience with statutory compliance and labor laws relevant to the Indian context.
• Proven ability to effectively partner with business leaders, influence stakeholders, and drive significant organizational changes and improvements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with a track record of building and leading successful HR teams.
