Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Agentic AI platforms and intelligent automation solutions tailored for large enterprises.
• Implement and optimize complex AI agent systems, multi-agent orchestration, and knowledge systems using frameworks like LangGraph and the Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Work extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance AI application capabilities.
• Integrate and leverage cutting-edge cloud AI services, particularly Azure AI Search and other Azure AI Foundry Services, to build scalable and efficient solutions.
• Develop robust and high-performance APIs using FastAPI, ensuring seamless integration of AI models into broader enterprise architectures.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams spanning AI research, data engineering, cloud architecture, and business domains to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Contribute across the entire AI lifecycle, from data acquisition and retrieval layers to agent orchestration, model deployment, and user experience design.
• Research, evaluate, and apply emerging AI technologies and best practices to continually improve our Agentic AI offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning engineering, or backend software development with a strong AI focus.
• Demonstrable proficiency in Python development, including experience with relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
• Proven experience with Agentic AI concepts and practical application of tools such as Microsoft Agent Framework or LangGraph for workflow orchestration.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and working with vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure AI services like Azure AI Search and Azure AI Foundry Services.
• Experience with data processing and analytics tools like Databricks, and database technologies including SQL and Redis for caching.
• Strong API development skills, particularly with FastAPI, and a solid grasp of RESTful API principles.
• A strong problem-solving mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and a genuine passion for innovation in artificial intelligence.
