Accounts Receivable Executive

Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited, a renowned name in the pharmaceutical industry, is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Receivable Executive / Sr. Executive to join our finance team in Vadodara, India. This crucial full-time, on-site role requires a professional with robust experience in managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities, particularly with hands-on expertise in SAP HANA.

As an Accounts Receivable Executive / Sr. Executive, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate accounting, timely reconciliations, and efficient period closures. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities within the SAP HANA system, including posting entries, performing AR clearing, and comprehensive reconciliations.
• Prepare detailed Accounts Receivable MIS reports and regularly review AR aging reports to monitor outstanding balances and identify potential risks.
• Proactively track collections, investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, and provide timely and accurate support for all customer and internal Accounts Receivable queries.
• Ensure stringent compliance with established accounting policies, procedures, and internal/external audit requirements to maintain financial integrity.
• Actively support month-end and year-end closing processes, contribute to financial reporting, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvements within the AR function.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall financial operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A minimum qualification of M. Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
• Possession of 5 to 10 years of progressive experience specifically in Accounts Receivable roles, ideally within a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated strong hands-on experience and proficiency with SAP, particularly with SAP HANA Accounts Receivable modules.
• Thorough understanding of Accounts Receivable processes, reconciliation methodologies, and financial reporting standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret financial data accurately.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, meeting stringent deadlines consistently.
