Accounts Executive - Accounts Receivable

Growels Oftech is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Executive / Sr. Executive to join our team in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. This pivotal role is ideal for an accounting professional looking to leverage their expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process Accounts Payable efficiently, ensuring timely payments and vendor reconciliation.
• Handle Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance, including calculations, payments, and returns.
• Conduct regular bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for various financial transactions and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements using Excel, providing insights as required.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies, contributing to the overall financial integrity of Growels Oftech.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's (B.Com) or Master's (M.Com) degree in Commerce is essential.
• Proven experience of 1.5 to 5 years in an accounting role, preferably as an Accounts Executive or Sr. Executive.
• Demonstrable expertise in Accounts Payable, GST, TDS, and comprehensive reconciliation processes.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting is mandatory.
• Familiarity and practical experience with ERP software are crucial for this role.
• An immediate joiner is highly preferred to seamlessly integrate with our team.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy are vital.
