Accountant - E-Invoicing

Kala Care Global LLP is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. This pivotal role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to two years of experience, offering a significant opportunity to develop a robust foundation in accounting practices within a supportive environment. As an integral part of our finance department, you will be crucial in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the smooth operation of our accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process sales invoices and delivery challans (DC) accurately and efficiently.
• Manage purchase entries and ensure timely updates of expense vouchers.
• Generate and present daily reports on accounts receivable and accounts payable to management.
• Actively follow up on payment recoveries to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Handle comprehensive documentation and meticulous record-keeping pertaining to accounts, GST, and IGST compliance.
• Ensure the proper implementation and maintenance of document serializations for audit readiness.
• Prepare detailed customer reconciliation reports and submit weekly updates to the Branch Manager.
• Process all expense vouchers and facilitate payments in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

• Holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree from a recognized institution.
• Possesses 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role; freshers are highly encouraged to apply and grow with us.
• Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting principles, GST, and IGST regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software, particularly Tally, is highly advantageous.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and report generation.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and customers.
