AC Technician

While our primary need is for an AC Technician, we are also looking to fill roles for an Assistant Project Manager and Site / Project Engineer. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various AC and HVAC systems, including those in cleanroom environments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical components of air conditioning units.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of all installed HVAC equipment.
• Install new AC units and related components, ensuring adherence to design specifications and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and installation activities.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to support the successful execution of cleanroom and HVAC projects.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality standards in all operational tasks.
• Provide technical support and guidance on HVAC system optimization and energy efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AC Technician, preferably with exposure to cleanroom or specialized HVAC systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles, refrigeration cycles, and electrical diagrams.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various AC unit types, including split, ducted, and VRF systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field.
