Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior recruiters in sourcing and identifying qualified IT professionals using various job boards, social media platforms, and our internal database.
• Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific US-based IT roles.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Learn to effectively articulate job descriptions and company culture to prospective candidates.
• Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and staffing priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor.
• Strong desire to learn about the US IT recruitment lifecycle and staffing industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new recruitment tools.
• Availability to work US Night Shift hours from our Noida office.
• A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
