Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment, focusing on Ruby on Rails applications.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance efficient, reusable, and scalable Ruby on Rails codebases under the guidance of senior developers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to understand project requirements, contribute to technical discussions, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Work with various database technologies such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, contributing to schema design and query optimization.
• Implement user interfaces using front-end technologies like Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve bugs, performance issues, and other technical challenges within existing applications.
• Contribute to code reviews, offering constructive feedback and learning best practices for robust software development.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for code, features, and processes.

Requirements

• Good understanding and foundational knowledge of programming principles, with proven experience in either Python or Java.
• A strong willingness and enthusiasm to learn and master the Ruby on Rails framework.
• Familiarity with database concepts and experience working with SQL-based databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL is highly advantageous.
• Basic understanding of version control systems, particularly Git, and experience with collaborative development workflows.
• Solid problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Candidates pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
