Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the comprehensive planning, execution, and vigilant monitoring of diverse technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and scope.
• Collaborate closely with senior team members to effectively gather, systematically document, and thoroughly analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications, facilitating seamless communication between business and technical teams.
• Orchestrate effective coordination with various cross-functional departments, including software development and quality assurance, to ensure smooth project workflows.
• Maintain and manage comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project proposals, requirement traceability matrices, and essential meeting minutes.
• Leverage proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint to develop insightful reports, create professional presentations, and design informative dashboards for project tracking.
• Proactively contribute to the identification of potential project risks and issues, supporting the team in developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Gain hands-on experience and apply best practices in established project management methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Requirements

• A recent graduate or currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce, or a closely related field.
• Possess a fundamental understanding of core Project Management principles and methodologies, along with a foundational knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing essential office productivity tools, specifically MS Excel for data manipulation and analysis, and PowerPoint for crafting impactful presentations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear articulation of ideas, effective stakeholder engagement, and comprehensive documentation.
• Strong analytical acumen and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen attention to detail, crucial for dissecting complex information and proposing viable solutions.
• Outstanding organizational skills and the capacity to efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work autonomously or as part of a team.
• Any prior exposure to or practical knowledge of project management software like Jira, Agile methodologies, or database querying languages such as SQL will be considered a distinct advantage.
