As an Onboarding Operations Intern, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient onboarding of our diverse client base. You'll be instrumental in supporting critical operational processes, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders. This 6-month internship offers a robust learning curve, providing you with practical exposure to the intricacies of payment operations and client lifecycle management within a global context.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively initiate and meticulously follow up on requests with our esteemed banking partners to streamline and expedite client onboarding procedures, ensuring all documentation and processes are compliant and timely.
• Accurately track all phases of onboarding activities, meticulously maintaining data integrity and precision in our systems, which is crucial for reporting and operational analysis.
• Provide dedicated assistance in the creation and activation of client onboarding IDs and system access, ensuring a smooth transition for new merchants onto the PayGlocal platform.
• Effectively coordinate and collaborate with various internal departments, including sales, product, and compliance teams, to swiftly identify and resolve any account setup issues, upholding our commitment to client satisfaction.
• Offer comprehensive support for a range of ad-hoc onboarding and process-related tasks, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiency of our operational workflows.

Requirements

• A recent graduate with a strong academic background in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• A foundational understanding of banking operations, payment systems, or financial technology will be considered a significant advantage.
• Prior internship experience in an operations, administrative, client service, or financial services role is preferred, showcasing your commitment and initial exposure to a professional setting.
• Proficiency in using standard office productivity tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace for data management and collaboration.
