Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive employee documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of the department.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, fostering a vibrant and inclusive company culture.
• Gain practical exposure to diverse HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, and HR policy implementation.

Requirements

• A strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, demonstrating a genuine passion for people and organizational development.

• Basic understanding or foundational knowledge of recruitment methodologies and core HR operations.
