Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the meticulous collection, cleaning, and preparation of HR data from various internal and external sources for comprehensive analysis.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify critical trends, patterns, and valuable insights related to key HR metrics such as recruitment efficiency, employee retention, performance management, and overall employee engagement.
• Support the development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of robust HR dashboards and insightful reports using data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Contribute actively to specialized projects focused on optimizing HR processes and enhancing data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Collaborate effectively with HR business partners and other vital stakeholders to thoroughly understand their data requirements and deliver actionable, impactful insights.
• Learn and apply advanced HR analytics methodologies and best practices to support the overarching HR strategy and objectives of TGW Group.
• Participate in presentations of findings and recommendations to HR leadership, contributing to strategic discussions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA/PGDM program with a specialization in Human Resources or HR Analytics.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant professional experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced data manipulation, analysis, pivot tables, and reporting is essential.
• Proven knowledge of Power BI is a significant advantage; familiarity with other business intelligence or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and complex problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex data findings to diverse audiences.
• A genuine interest in the field of human resources and a strong desire to leverage data to improve HR effectiveness and employee experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
