DevOps Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and management of cloud infrastructure components using Azure.
• Support the development and maintenance of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software delivery.
• Learn and apply containerization technologies, primarily Docker, for application packaging and deployment.
• Collaborate on infrastructure as code (IaC) initiatives utilizing Terraform for efficient resource provisioning.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the optimization of operational processes.
• Participate in the automation of routine tasks through scripting and tool integration.
• Gain exposure to version control practices with Git and GitHub for collaborative development.
• Contribute to documenting processes, configurations, and best practices within the DevOps environment.

Requirements

• A strong passion for cloud technologies, automation, and core DevOps principles.
• Basic understanding or academic exposure to cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization concepts and tools like Docker.
• Exposure to version control systems, especially Git and GitHub.
• A foundational understanding of scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
