Associate Backend Developer

As a Backend Developer Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience, working closely with experienced engineers to develop, maintain, and optimize backend services that power our innovative solutions.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who possess a strong foundational understanding of backend development principles and are ready to contribute to real-world projects. This 6-month intensive internship provides an unparalleled learning curve, offering comprehensive mentorship and a clear pathway to a full-time position through a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend APIs and services primarily using Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement complex business logic.
• Design and integrate with databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Actively collaborate with frontend development teams to ensure seamless API integration and functionality.
• Perform rigorous debugging, testing, and optimization of backend applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Adhere to best practices for clean coding, version control using Git, and overall software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong academic background with eligibility for 2026 or 2027 pass-outs.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and a basic grasp of TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and/or NestJS, demonstrated through academic, personal, or internship projects.
• Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and practical SQL knowledge.
• Comprehensive understanding of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and core backend development concepts.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
• Ability to work effectively in a team, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
