Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI Agents and LLM-powered applications, contributing directly to our innovative product suite and strategic initiatives.
• Design and build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to enhance the intelligence, accuracy, and contextual understanding of our AI systems.
• Utilize Python, modern AI frameworks, and various APIs to create scalable and efficient AI functionalities for diverse applications.
• Create and present compelling Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for enterprise customers, effectively demonstrating the value and potential of our advanced AI technologies.
• Collaborate closely with experienced AI engineers and cross-functional teams, participating actively in brainstorming sessions, code reviews, and the entire project development life cycle.
• Research and stay updated with the latest advancements in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and the rapidly evolving field of Generative AI to inform future developments.
• Assist in the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI models, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.E./B.Tech, M.Tech/M.E. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of Python programming, including proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals, including core concepts and common algorithms.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts is essential, along with a keen interest in their applications.
• Experience with APIs, database interactions (SQL/NoSQL), and version control systems like Git is highly advantageous.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and an exceptional eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, team-oriented setting within our Baner, Pune office.
