Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of either the Human Resources or Finance department, depending on the chosen domain.
• Support recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination for HR Interns.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, onboarding, and administrative tasks within the HR function.
• Aid in financial data entry, reconciliation, and basic accounting tasks for Finance Interns.
• Help prepare financial reports, analyze data, and support budget planning activities within the Finance department.
• Participate in special projects and research initiatives to support departmental goals.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements

• Strong academic background or keen interest in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective internal and external interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data management and analysis.
• Ability to work diligently in an in-office environment located in Hadapsar, Pune.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
